Role Description:

  • Review and challenge business requirements for trade repository (TR) reporting
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify process improvements
  • Review and assess system enhancements in upstream applications arising from new regulatoryrequirements
  • Analyse data flows across upstream systems, reporting platforms, and trade repositories
  • Ensure business rules and validation logic are clearly defined and documented inchange requests
  • Confirm accurate representation of in-scope products and associated lifecycle events
  • Perform data quality checks and reconciliations
  • Review new product launches to assess TR applicability and reporting readiness, includingUAT
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams
  • Partner with Change and Technology teams for effective requirements gathering and delivery
  • Coordinate with Front Office Technology, Middle Office teams, and desks to understandproduct nuances
  • Engage with regulatory reporting stakeholders to ensure standardisation and harmonisation
  • Liaise with market intermediaries and trade repositories (e.g., CCIL) for ruleinterpretation and reporting clarifications




Skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working with OTC derivatives products
  • Hands-on experience with trade reporting regulations (e.g., MAS, ASIC)
  • Experience in MI/MIS reporting
  • Proven involvement in regulatory or OTC-related projects
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle events
  • Experience with trade repository platforms (e.g., DTCC)
  • Solid understanding of financial market infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Alteryx and Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tracking tools
  • Working knowledge of reporting formats (e.g., XML)
  • Experience with requirements management and workflow tools for exception handling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
